§ 140-6. Permitted uses.

The use of Willow Pond Park shall be restricted to the following:

A.
Persons and classes of persons specified in prior deeds of record (but not the heirs, executors or assigns of such persons), including residents of the Village of Hewlett Bay Park and residents of the Village of Hewlett Harbor, students and faculty of the Lawrence School and members of the Willow Pond Skating Club as of January 30, 1957.

B.
Such other persons or classes of persons as the Boards of Trustees of both villages, acting jointly, may permit.
