§ 53-15. Prohibited materials and types.

The following fences and fencing materials are specifically prohibited on property perimeters:

A. 

Barbed wire.

B. 

Chain link or wire mesh.

C. 

Canvas fences.

D. 

Pointed fences under three feet in height.

E. 

Cloth fences.

F. 

Electrically charges fences.

G. 

Poultry fences.

H. 

Turkey wire.

I. 

Expandable fences and collapsible fences, except during construction of a building.
