§ 75-14. Bulkhead permit.

No bulkhead shall be constructed unless a special permit therefor has been previously applied for and issued by the Village. The provisions of the Building Construction Chapter (Chapter 17) relating to applications for a building permit, the issuance of a building permit and the issuance of a certificate of occupancy shall apply to the construction of a bulkhead.
